Who doesn’t like desserts? The kick one gets from the sweets and sugar rush is literally the best experience and I personally live for that. I love sweets and desserts but in order to maintain my weight and body I am not allowed to consume much sweets. But hey, does that mean I will restrict myself from having desserts at all? Uh no! It rather means that I would figure out what I can have and eat my desserts in a healthier form to calm my nerves and avoid repercussions at the same time.

I have been successful in finding 5 desserts that I can consume without regrets and I will be sharing it with you, because I know how hard it can get without sweets and desserts.

Guilt Free Gluten Free Cake

As long as your cake does not have any fancy, heavy frosting or cream on it, you can have a big slice of it. If you prefer gluten free cake over normal cake, that is even better. Simply substitute refined flour with almond flour, add chocolate chunks and maybe carrots or apples for variation, and you are good to go. The cake will taste so delicious and you can have it guilt-free.

Parfait

Instead of buying a flavoured yoghurt, take your regular, unsweetened yoghurt and add berries like strawberries, blueberries or even dried cranberries, raisins, and granola to it. If you don’t have granola, you can substitute it with nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, grounded flax seeds, and chia seeds.

If you don’t like berries you can even add mangoes to it. All the ingredients are healthy and delicious on their own. You can even have this parfait as your breakfast meal. It is super healthy and delicious. However, if you don’t find it sweet enough, feel free to add a little honey to it.

Baked Oats

The recipe for baked oats is really trending these days. It is super delicious, healthy, filling and nutritious. It is basically microwaving or baking your regular oatmeal and having it as a cake. If you add bananas to your oatmeal, baked oats would taste like banana bread but healthier. And if you add chocolate to eat, it would taste like chocolate cake, but again, a healthier alternative.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

This is another super trending and highly recommended dessert that is super healthy and tasty. Chocolates are actually healthy and I love dark chocolates. There are proven benefits of consuming dark chocolates and strawberries being a fruit are anyways considered healthy. Combining the two gives you a healthy dessert option that you honestly can never get bored of. You can even substitute strawberries with blueberries if you wish to, that tastes equally delicious.

Gummies

Now this is going to be a shocking twist to the whole healthy, desserts topic I chose. Well don’t get me wrong, I am not recommending you to have unhealthy gummies, I am asking you to try best delta 8 gummies that again have health benefits linked to their consumption. Now health benefits are not limited to weight loss, delta 8 gummies can actually help you in a number of ways. It can improve your mental health, mood, sleep cycle and even reduce your stress and chronic pain.

All these desserts are super healthy but does not mean one can consume it in whatever quantity they wish to. Portion size should be considered really important while indulging on food that can add significant calories to your diet, especially when these are not the required calories. One needs to acknowledge that desserts once in a while in moderate amounts are good but can cause side effects if taken in large quantities.
